- Brew green tea using hot water (not boiling). Steep for 3–5 minutes. Let cool to warm (~120°F or 50°C).
- Pour tea into a large mug or glass.
- Squeeze in the juice of ½ lime, making sure to remove seeds.
- Add ½ teaspoon of freshly grated ginger.
- Stir well for 30 seconds to allow flavors to combine.
- Optionally, add a pinch of cinnamon or natural sweetener.
- Garnish with fresh mint or a lime slice if desired.
- Serve warm or at room temperature and enjoy immediately.

Do not use powdered ginger or bottled lime juice—freshness makes all the difference.
