- Cut steak into cubes, rub with oil and Cajun seasoning. Rest at room temp.
- Prep and boil potatoes in salted water until fork tender.

- Make sauce: sauté garlic in butter, add cream, simmer. Stir in parmesan, flakes, onions.
- Mash potatoes with butter, cream, cheese, and seasonings.
- Plate steak bites over mash and drizzle with sauce.
