Fold in the sides and roll tightly, repeating for each roll
Arrange all rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush tops with olive oil
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if using, then bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and crispy
While baking, warm honey in a small saucepan and add chili flakes or hot sauce to create the chili honey
Let rolls cool slightly, drizzle generously with chili honey, and serve immediately
